We're here for Lesson Two and we're moving along with more chords to learn. This is a repeat of Lesson One except for new chords.
You'll find that the F Major chord is a little tricky as the 1st finger is on the 1st and 2nd string as indicated. But keep working at it.
What you'll learn
- A Major
- E Major
- E Minor
- F Major
Here we go, back at it again. Like in lesson one, make sure you are using the tips of your fingers on each string for a clear strum.
Do your best on that F Major, don't twist yourself up to form the chord with your left hand. Keep that thumb in line with your 2nd finger.

Now strum each chord 4 times, then move to the next chord. Moving from the E Major chord to the E minor chord should be easy. All you have to do is lift the 1st and now you're playing E minor.
F Major will take some getting used to. But it's a start for bigger things to come.

How did you do?
Spend the week working on these chords and the chords in lesson one. At the end of the week, ask yourself which chords do you feel comfortable with playing. By then it should be about 4 or 5 chords.
Head over for some music theory in Lesson 3.
